Staines Boat Club

JUNIORS
We have a thriving and enthusiastic group of juniors, made up of 13 to 18 year old boys and girls. The squad prides itself on being welcoming and friendly!
We train Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-12pm.
Competitive rowing does require commitment and motivation so it is important that juniors are self motivated. We find that our juniors are capable of balancing their schoolwork with their rowing.

SENIORS
Just moved to the area and looking for somewhere to row? Or prehaps you've seen a bunch of lunatics ploughing up and down the river in the cold and wet and thought it looked like fun?
Either way you are welcome to join us!
We like to strike a balance between competing at the highest levels of domestic club rowing (The Head of the River, Women's and Royal Henley and National Championships) as well as take part in the more fun regattas throughout the summer and of course a good social!

MASTERS
Don't worry if you've been 'laid' up for a few years or a late starter as all technical and fitness levels are catered for in a variety of crews. Whether you want to just have fun and make new friends or compete in local and larger regattas get in touch with the Masters Coordinator
